Where are you based? Do you travel?
I'm based out of Walpole, MA, but I round that up to Boston. And as for travel, I chose the passport book with the extra pages if that give you an idea. My custom quotes always include any travel fees so there aren't any hidden surprises that pop up later. Please, dear god, book me for a session outside of Massachusetts. I'll love you forever.
When will we get our photos?
You'll receive an online gallery link with your edited photos within maximum 8 weeks (but honestly, usually within 2 weeks). It's kind of my superpower that my wedding clients can get their gallery delivered to them before they're even back from their honeymoon.
How many photos will I receive?
Short answer:
For portrait sessions, about 30-40 edited images.
For weddings/elopements:
About 100 per hour of coverage.
That being said, the longer answer is that other factors, including your timeline, how long you allow me to shoot portraits of you, if you choose to hire a second shooter, and generally how bumpin' your party is, can play a role in your final gallery size. I never keep any photos from you that you should have just to keep a gallery at a photo limit. I always choose the best and most significant images that best tell your story.
How often do you offer themed mini sessions?
I only offer themed minis, at most, quarterly. Usually, I reserve my mini sessions to 2-3 times a year, though, based on my availability and creative juices. I'm always happy to create something custom for you, though! Creative sessions are my favorite to plan to photograph. Nothing is too outlandish!
Are digital images included in all of your sessions?
Digital images are included with my wedding collections and themed minis, but not my portrait sessions. Digitals and prints must be purchased separately from the session fee for senior sessions and themed sessions.
How far out do you book?
Weddings: 6 months to just over a year
Seniors: 2-7 months (I begin booking in January for sessions the following summer)
How do payments work for wedding collections?
When I create a custom quote for your wedding coverage, I will send you an email outlining the options to pay. Essentially all of my clients opt to pay in monthly installments from the time they book to 2 weeks before their wedding date. As long as everything is paid 2 weeks prior, you'll be good to go!
